KNOW YOUR LINKS / PRODUCT-LINK GUIDE

Hubbuy Spreadsheet Links

Understand Hubbuy spreadsheet product links, marketplace URLs and source IDs. Check exact variants and trace broken links before saving a listing.

A Hubbuy spreadsheet product row can contain several kinds of links. One opens the original seller’s marketplace listing, another opens an agent’s view, and another opens a product discovery catalog. Knowing which one you have helps prevent you from comparing the wrong items.

Taobao, Weidian and 1688 listings normally identify a particular item within that marketplace. Save the full original URL when it is available. An item ID is useful only with its marketplace: the same number on another platform does not identify the same product.

A shop homepage, seller album or search-results link is different from an individual listing. If the row only gives you a shop, you still need to locate and verify the exact item before placing an order.

An agent product URL may wrap the original marketplace listing in that agent’s interface. Save the original source alongside it when possible. If the agent page stops working, the source reference gives you a starting point for checking the listing again.

Switching agents does not guarantee that an item is supported. Purchasing restrictions, payment options and delivery services should be checked with the agent you intend to use. Enter account credentials only on a site or app you have independently verified.

Our search and category buttons open Findsindex. There you can browse product references and inspect the available listing details. A catalog page is a discovery reference, rather than an order confirmation or a promise of availability through Hubbuy.

Compare the destination title, source reference and options with your notes. A similar image or product name is not enough to establish that two pages refer to the same seller, version or listing.

If an agent link and a marketplace link refer to different item IDs, stop treating them as interchangeable. Check the source platform as well as the number: a Taobao ID and a Weidian ID with the same digits identify different references. Preserve the original row in your notes until you have established which destination is intended.

  1. Check whether you copied the complete address rather than a shortened or truncated display label.
  2. Look for the original marketplace URL and source item ID in your saved notes.
  3. Open that source and check whether the item still exists and matches your intended product.
  4. If you find a replacement, treat it as a new candidate and check its seller, options, price and photos again.

Do not assume every failed link means an item is sold out. A page may require a login, fail in your browser or have moved. When the source cannot be established, mark the row as uncertain and investigate before paying.

Keep variants separate from the URL

You may encounter a shared row labeled HubbuyCN while researching Hubbuy finds. Preserve the original marketplace URL and ID rather than assuming that an older agent address can simply be renamed. Confirm the current platform and destination yourself; this guide does not claim to migrate accounts or automatically repair old agent links.

Some URLs identify the main product but do not preserve your size, color or version selection. Record these details explicitly. Recheck them on the final order screen, particularly when the page defaults back to its cheapest option.

For a compact order note, write the marketplace, source ID, variant label, size, quantity and the date you checked the price. That makes the reference easier to review than an isolated screenshot or a product name copied from a chat.
